Nexus OS trust zones — public description

The control plane, described from the outside. Trust zones, role checks, and session assurance. No host names, no admin roster, and no handshake from this page.

NEXUS OS — TRUST ZONES

Control plane. Not reachable from this gateway.

Zone P — Presentation. Read-only. This reading room. No steward credential exists here. Zone S — Steward session. Role check, session assurance, short-lived keys. A write is proposed here and nowhere else. Zone C — Seal writers. Hash, content-address, replicate. The ExaForge cluster and the mesh nodes. Zone W — Cold retention and legal hold. Not queried by the public.

A session that cannot show a role in Zone S cannot produce a seal. A visitor reading credit is not a role. It cannot cross into Zone S.

The Nexus papers describe post-quantum key exchange and signatures inside the control plane, and isolation for sensitive operations. This page does not offer a handshake, a login, or a socket.
