Alliance constitutional commitments — public abstract
The public abstract of how the Monarch Sovereign Alliance says it governs the archive: separated offices, supermajority amendments, due process, and reputation that cannot erase a sealed fact.
MONARCH SOVEREIGN ALLIANCE — CONSTITUTIONAL COMMITMENTS
Public abstract of the governance papers. Not the full private bylaws. Not legal advice.
- Separation of powers. Treasury stewards do not hear disputes. The Arbiter bench does not spend the treasury. - A supermajority amends the charter. A bare majority does not rewrite the rules of the vote after it has started. - Due process before a seal is marked disputed, and before a person is excluded from a desk they already held. - Free speech, and a public memory that one operator cannot rewrite. - Individual rights and the rule of law sit above a bare token count. - A proposal may specify token-weighted or quadratic voting. Weight is not infallibility. - False entries can be flagged. The bench may hold a bundle. The bench may not pretend the abstract was never published. - Where moderators are used, they are chosen by staked MonX and reputation, not by an invisible staff list. - The DAO confirms authenticity through metadata and chain of custody. This gateway shows the metadata the stewards cleared. It is not the DAO floor.
Vetted partners — journalists, community desks, custodians — operate holdings. No single partner is the ledger.
